With the modern enterprise management mode becaomes mature gradually, therationalization and fine of personal management assignments, personal management havemany branch, including the management of personal attendance and requested sick leave.In view of the seriousness of the situation that personal attendance management andrequested sick leave needs of the person responsible for registration, approval andsummary, it has the defects that complex business processes, statistical cumbersome,heavy workload, error-prone and inefficient. In addition, there is the shortcoming ofattendance and leave data loss and difficult long-term preservation exist because of thesedata are stored in paper form. The requested sick leave management has been difficult toadapt to the modern enterprise management information construction development, TakingIT management methods and service condition of modern enterprise management systemsinto consideration, the paper designs and implements a modern enterprise requested sickleave and attendance for the integrated management system, which has a reasonablestructure, easy to expand and based on TCP/IP protocol.First of all, combined with the actual situation, we had analyzed the sick leave systemapplication requirements, given the system’s functional definition and performanceanalysis. In terms of functionality, we analysis and design of ask for leave, cancellationleave, check on work attendance and other business processing logic according to theenterprise sick leave system. On the other hand we give staff, administrators, departmentand leave rules and other basic data maintenance methods and definitions and historicaldata query statistical requirements and real-time monitoring attendance query. In terms ofperformance, we have given the system’s actual needs and design ideas of the real-timedata communications, security, reliability and scalability.Secondly, according to the requirements analysis, this paper has given sick leaveattendance management mystem design and implementation which based on TCP/IP.This system had in accordance with the idea of using software engineering to the surfaceof the object and the modular design, each module is given business process model. Using C/S structure design system architecture which uses TCP/IP network informationcommunication technology to achieve real-time transmission and real-time monitoring ofmessages users punch, using ADO interface to access the SQL Server database design datamanagement module, using symmetric encryption algorithm to achieve data security cameand storage.Finally, in this paper, we had achieved a friendly interface, easy operation, practical,safe and sick leave management system according to the design specifications and systemdesign process. We had designed system integration test cases and design and performancetest cases. Experiments results show that the system can correctly implement leave andattendance management and has real-time and robustness in terms of perform.
