Today’s society is the convergence of information society,this is an omnimedia era, the rise of new media, online media, mobile phones, mobile TV and other media forms has greatly changed the traditional media landscape.Many Media group have put "omnimedia strategy" or "omnimedia positioning. Can be found from the existing media research, media scholars and media attention all media combination in the form of multimedia or information sharing, and they focus on separate individual media, Their analysis of the pattern of Chinese TV media articles less.This paper will use the theoretical knowledge of journalism and communication, marketing, media economics and media ecology and other disciplines, I will combined with domestic TV media industry practice, and analysis triple play and the impact of new media on the transformation of China’s TV media.Through the transformation of the reality of China’s TV media research, this article will analysis of the television omnimedia’s transition process.In this paper, through the five parts to research the television omnimedia’s transition.The media landscape in the transformation of TV media in China, media mode, the operating system construction and industrial development will be the focus of this thesis.Media model and operating system is the focus of this paper.In media mode,the television omnimedia’s commumicate function, the mode of production and broadcast industry development strategy presents a new transformation features and presented in the form of cluster effect, information fusion and integration trends.Operating system in of omnimedia,this paper discuss construction from omnimedia’s platform system, content system construction, operation system and supervision system construction point of view.Comparative analysis on chinese television omnimedia transition and a large number of instances, this text indicate the importance of the transformation of China TV media,the urgency of the process of transition, pattern, platform construction and other aspects of the problem.Finally, the suggestions and predict the problems and the trend of China TV media are given.
