Firstly system needs analysis, By using UMLobject-oriented modeling techniques, the system gradually given use case diagram. Basedon the needs analysis of the results of the overall design of the system, the system isdivided into eight sub-systems. Based on the problems encountered in the development,three innovative technologies is put forward-the configuration of multiple datasources,custom configuration of data tables and data sets transpose.3Technology is meanto guarantee the security of information and implementing a custom configuration of thesystem, at the same time increase the maintainability and the expandability of the system.Through the use of immigrant information management system, superior user can getmacroeconomic statistics simply. The subordinate users can maintain all immigrants’ households indicator data easily, do the work of Payment of funds. It simulates the wholeprocess of immigrants perfectly, meet the needs of different sectors of the user from top tobottom.
