Since Shanghai Railway Bureau’s Informatization is limited by less initial constructionplanning of information System, weaken basic infrastructure, information isolation ofinterrelated communication and other problems, it developed slowly and inefficiently. Nowwe urgently hope to find the ultimate and innovative solution. After studyed the speciality andadvantages of Cloud Computing, we present our Clouding Computing imagination andimplementation strategy. Bases on current Cloud Computing using status, presentation forConcept and Infrastructure at domestic and overseas area, this article analyses theshortcomings and protential problems at the construction for Shanghai Railway Bureau’sInformation System and describes Shanghai Railway Bureau’s Cloud Computing Systemdetailedly. Finally it provides overall strategy, the implemenatation principle and distributionmethod. The Shanghai Railway Bureau’s Information System has covered the whole East Chinacoastal area. Although it has double requirements of public and private Cloud Computing, butmain Information System bases at internal railway intranet network with its using area andequipment distribution. So the macro-construction aim for Shanghai Railway Bureau’s CloudComputing is to build up large-scale of regional private cloud. And it should follow theoverall planning of railway information, persist in the five unified principle of unified leadership, unified planning, unified standard, unified resource and unified management. TheShanghai Railway Bureau’s private cloud must follow the order, Infrastructure as a Service(IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), Software as a service (SaaS). According to the practicalexperience in the industry and the maturity of cloud computing products, this paper elaboratesthe steps and strategies for the implementation of cloud computing. The first step in theintroduction of cloud computing is to achieve the IaaS, achieve server, storage and networkvirtualization. The second step is introduction of PaaS timely, attention about thestandardization of the key technologies, Import it after converted into the mature commercialproduct, promote its core distributed computing application architecture step by step. Finally,is to achieve the level SaaS. Developed some relatively single, independent, non-processapplications directly on IaaS or PaaS platform has been built, we can also use the advantageof all its software and data in the information security cloud, develop some managementsystem of higher confidentiality requirements. When Shanghai Railway Bureau research howto Introduction of cloud computing, also do some practice. In multiple application systemsimplementation project, we discard minicomputer program, based on PC server, Use VMwarevirtual infrastructure and DataCore storage virtualization technology to buildhigh-performance virtualization platform, Solve the problem of the reliability and security ofthe PC server better, as the entry point of building IaaS, played a very good demonstrationand leading role, accumulated rich experience in the use, management and maintenanceexperience, and laid a foundation to promote cloud computing. In conclusion, Cloud Computing leaded by Shanghai Railway Bureau should base onimplementation virtualization for basic infrastructure, then import parallel computing andmass storage service for achieve application platform in proper sequence. At last, theShanghai Railway Bureau could realize general X86computer architecture, replace originalmidrange computer architecture, and solve information isolation of interrelatedcommunication, in order to reach final purpose for united information resource management.
