With the development of automatic identification technology, the requirements ofthe application of automatic identification technology is also rising. Efficient,reliable identification distance advantages of RFID technology, it is widely used inthe field of commodity identification and data capture. In recent years, theapplication of RFID technology has been sufficient attention.In this paper, the application of RFID technology will be to solve a number ofproblems in the production management of woolen enterprise. First, that from thethree aspects of the technical feasibility, economic viability and social factorsfeasibility, analysis the composition, the working principle and the application of theRFID system. Second, from the two aspects of the system functions and system coreprocesses of requirements analysis and research, analysis and research on thedelivery control problems in the production process. Highlights include theinformation collection of production, data sharing, wool binding, transfer, collargoods, delivery and to find the goods etc. business links. Proposed that based inprocess tree on production process control method, the method is applied to deliveryconflict detection can be improved delivery efficiency. Finally, the RFID technologyand improved methods is used in the production process of management of woolengoods processing enterprises, design a set of woolen goods production managementsystem, substantially increase in the level of production management.
