Confidential and important items of management have long been an important part of the work of state organs and confidential sector units. And how to guarantee the safe use of classified and important items is very important work to the relevant departments. With the development of radio frequency identification technology and fingerprint recognition technology, makes the items be more secure management and identification more accurateThis paper first analyzes the problems existing in the traditional control mode, and introduces the contents of this thesis research-Design and Implementation of web-based Goods Management System, then analyzes the function requirements and overall structure of the system, and completed the hardware and software design of the system. The main work in details was presented as below:1. Overall design of Design and Implementation of web-based Goods Management System was finished according to actual requirements from users, and the system is divided into two subsystems:the locker and remote management system.2. Hardware design scheme of the locker is analyzed and established, and the whole hardware circuit connection and module driver is accomplished.3. Software design scheme of Design and Implementation of web-based Goods Management System is analyzed and established. Major software programming work is finished.4. Fundamental functions of Design and Implementation of web-based Goods Management System is realized. Functional testing of the system is finished.Actual operation results show that the system has reached the intended design requirements, and has higher application value.
