Data acquisition is an indispensable and important part of modern engineeringtechnology,and it’s the birdge that connects the computer and the external physicalworld. Data acquitistion can fully reflect the state of the controlled object.Especially in the aera of aerospace field, more accurate and reliable collected thecontrolled object’s data is a very important issue. High-quality data acquisition is ofgreat significance to improve a country’s military technology and industiralproduction levels.This design achieve the data acquisition system with the functionality of real-time high-precision multi-parameter and control, according to the characteristics ofembedded systems. The target of designing this system is display the acquisition’sphysical signals real-timely, and set the collected data according to the need. Thissystem can be updataed timely, when a part of the system was damaged, Thisfeature improves the utilization of the montion control card. This system has arealatively wide range of applications. This design has less demanding on theplatform, almost all the IPC can be used. The functionality of this design can providincluding netword communication on the area, the embedded data acquisitionfunctions, friendly operation interface and so on. The data acquisition card acted asthe actual implementation at the monitoring and control site.The system of data acquisition use the FPGA as the main chip, and this designcan suitable for many occasions. In the design we select the chip ofEP2C8Q208C8N as the main chip which has lage amont of on-chip resourses andcost-effective. FPGA mainly used to achieve the interrupt signal, the ADconversion control signal, the enable data output signal, the input pulse signal, theoutput data signal and so on. FGPA was designed by hardware description language(Vrilog or VHDL), after the process of synthesis and layout, the code file can beburned into the FPGA to test and verification. Finished debugging the final codefiles can be burned into the chip of EPCS. EPCS is used to let FPGA logicconfiguration when FPGA was powered on.The software of data acquisition system was designed by Qt. Qt is adevelopment framework which is a cross-platform C++graphical user interfaceapplication. Qt can be used to develop GUI program can also be used to developnon-GUI program. Qt is an object-oriented language, which is easy to expand, andallows the component programming. The software of data acquisition systemconsists of data display, instruction download, LAN transmission function modules. After the joint debugging system the design achieves the function of recordingthe pulse signals accurately and rapidly and the function of displaying the datawhich was transmitted from IPC to PC.So this design achieve the intended purpose.
