The strapdown inertial navigation system accelerometer is used for sensitive carrier acceleration information,and its analog current output is typically 10-5 g to 10 g or more.Accelerometer output accuracy is very important for accurate guidance and navigation.In the case of the quartz flexible acceleration commonly used in the strapdown inertial navigation system of the strapdown inertial navigation system in the whole,the output is generally a weak analog current signal,and such a small and wide dynamic range weak current signal is not perfect for high precision measurement.Accurate transmission and navigation computer processing.This topic mainly focuses on the quartz flexible accelerometer information acquisition system.The information acquisition system allows the accelerometer to convert the analog signal to the digital signal of the navigation solution without compromising the accuracy of the accelerometer.Then,it is computed by computer.This topic first introduces the quartz flexible acceleration structure and its operating principles.By comparing the basic methods of data acquisition,the data transformation scheme that uses the I/F transformation is finally determined as the basic principle.It also proposed the idea that completing the logical controlling and compositional parts of entire conversion system by CPLD chips.Secondly,the software and hardware design of I/F converter based on CPLD chip is completed under the condition of the overall scheme.In the hardware part,the overall design of the hardware is completed first,and the system is divided into several main function modules,and the device selection and circuit simulation and circuit optimization of each module is completed.At the same time,in order to ensure the accuracy of the I/F converter,the aspects of the printed circuit board(PCB)affecting the accuracy are also analyzed in detail.In terms of software design,according to the overall requirements of I/F converter,the clock synchronization module,integral comparison module,logic control module and reset module are written in the development environment of Alter's Quartus ?,and the correctness of the program logic is verified through the writing of test files.Finally,the construction of the I/F converter experimental platform is completed,and the function indicator of the accelerometer information acquisition system is tested.In order to make the I/F converter meet the expected requirements,this paper conducts detailed test experiments on the key indicators of the I/F conversion system,such as stability,linearity,resolution.In the last,the temperature compensation method of the I/F converter is introduced in detail to reduce the effect of temperature on the acquisition system.It is an I/F converter that improves the real-time accuracy of the converter system.
