Colleges and universities as a carrier of highereducation, experiment management capabilities on behalf of a country’s technologicallevel, therefore, the development of the university’s experimental research andteaching has increasingly gained the attention of the Chinese government, efforts todevelop research technology professionals to become China’s Twelfth Five Year Planthe most urgent task, as well as the first task of each college. Using computer networkin teaching has greatly improved the efficiency and quality of personnel training.Computer network technology has become the core of the theoretical basis and thevisual field of engineering and technical information. For a comprehensive computernetwork curriculum and the practice, the experiment course is a top priority, based onthe research of computer network experiment teaching, to promote the developmentof network technology education in the future has a great significance in reality.Based on the era of modern science and the war for talent and the presentsituation of the computer network experiment courses, it mainly has made a researchand exploration on improving the technology and skill of computer network. It carrieson the two aspects of the research：the teaching design of network experimentalcourse and the Virtual experiment teaching system of network experimental course.The former starts from what teaching and learning, analyzes the learners, learningtasks, learning background, teaching aims, systematically combs the teaching content,combined with teaching mode designs the reasonable teaching plans. The latterstudies the status on virtual laboratory on the world and some simulation software,which related to the network experiment teaching, and finally uses the simulationsoftware to realize the computer network experiment teaching.
