With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the application of Internet technology has great popularization. At the same time, the SNS came into being. It is a static Internet-based online structure and the propose is to help people build a social network of Internet application services, and operate their circle of friends. The rise of SNS solved the problem of people looking for people and to realize the concept of people-oriented. However, the way to achieve friends recommended by measures the consistency of user’s static information or the number of common friends, and then realize the information sharing. But it ignores dynamic information and the change process of it, thereby caused huge difference between service and user demand, which caused the "popularity" is not enough. Therefore, how to improve the recognition of SNS is a urgent problem.In view of problems, this paper puts forward the framework of the personalized information service in SNS application research on personalized information service in Spring Plan. And it focuses on the user’s character model, the tendency and similarity calculation The primary works in this paper are presented as follows:(1) The personality similarity theory based on user characteristics. Combined the features of SNS and the classification method of character, extracted the static and dynamic features.The static features including body fluid, blood, constellation and the preferences of color, the dynamic features including interest sets, the duration of interest and the interest sequence.At the same time, put forward similarity theory and calculation method of everyone feature, as a result get the personality similarity based on user characteristics.(2) The personality tendency based on the application type similarity theory. Analyzed the relevance between application which he selected and the personality type of user and proposed disposition type similarity theory and computational method. According to the distribution in users, achieved tendency of the application; and then basing on the all applications which were selected, derived the fine-grained representation about the user’s character and perfected the model. Finally get user’s disposition similarity.(3) According to the current problems, this paper puts forward the framework of personalized information service in SNS application research, and discusses work and process of the various stages in detail.(4) Based modeling method for character entry. The user’s current character and disposition type combined to establish a model of personality based on the type of user characteristics and disposition, by fine-grained character traits term represents the method to characterize the user’s personalized information.(5) The personality similarity calculation, the personality similarity matching and character-based friend recommended method. Combined with the concept of a tree in the data structure of the method and used after traversal of combining the weighted average to obtain the similarity of the user’s character; obtained according to the similarity with a threshold value of the size relationship Friends right; Eventually, in accordance with the degree of similarity by the large to small sequentially Friends Recommended.
