| The information resource of digital archives can not be used effectively, the service way falling behind is one of the key factors. The personalized service provide an effective way for sloving this problem, and could satisfy users'personalized demands much better, and could realize the social value of the information resource mostly.This article embarks from the background where personalized service produced, analyzes the connotation and the characteristic of personalized service, and summarizes the definition of personalized service in digital archives. Afterwards, this article analyzes the certainty and the feasibility of personalized service in digital archives from many angles, as well as describing the vital significance to digital archives'development by personalized service. By analyzing the present situation of personalized service in digital archives, especially comparing with other domains, we can find that digital archives is lagging behind other domains obviously, and we can clear the development direction in the future. Making use of the present information technology, especially the artificial intelligence technology, referring to successful patterns in other domains, according to digital archives'characteristic, this article design three kind of patterns of personalized service in digital archives: personalized information customize, personalized information push and personalized information retrieval, and propose the appraisal target. Finally, this article analyzes a series of questions such as the research of users, the users'right of privacy protection and so on, that should be paid more attention when constructing the personalized service in digital archives. The transformation in consciousness of archivist is the basis for sloving other questions. Only the archivist set up the consciousness of"initiative service", the development of personalized service in digital archives could be smoothly and we could realize the idea of"service for society". |
