With the development of science and technology, biological medicine and integratedcircuit design tight more and more closely. Application-specific integrated that can beused in medical signal acquisition circuit receive more and more concern, low powerconsumption, low noise, high performance is the goal of the special chip. On this basis,formed a newly emerged cross discipline-biological medicine. And analog front end isone of the most important module in biological signal acquisition, which can realize thesignal amplification, filter. So we put forward and designed a new biological signalacquisition analog front end integrated circuit.The analog front end including low noise amplifier, peak pulse filter circuit, theprogrammable gain circuit, voltage reference source, AD conversion module, etc. Thecharacteristics of the circuit can be suitable for different biological signal detection, at thesame time, chopped wave modulation technology, with low power consumption, lowoffset voltage, high common mode rejection ratio characteristics. The gain of the analogfront end circuit can be adjusted in order to provide appropriate bandwidth and gain fordifferent biological signals.We discuss the theory and practice on the low noise low power consumption In thispaper, analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of different amplifier based on ACcouple chopped instrument amplifier(ACCIA), the simulation results show that the designof the low noise and offset voltage is less than80μ v, power consumption is only31.8μ w. Class-AB amplifier canreduce distortion and improve the ability of the drive circuit.The band gap voltage source can provide appropriate current and voltage.The whole chip using SMIC0.35μ m CMOS1p3m technology, the chip area isabout160μ m2. The simulation results show when the power supply is3V,the commonmode rejection ratio is more than120db, input offset voltage is less than90μ V,adjustable gain value can be set at20,40,160, with260, power consumption is60μ w.
