Premise equipment for manufacturing enterprises, both survival and development ofenterprises, but also embodied the concept of business management. Having a capacity forsustainable development of the enterprise, its purchase of production equipment, everyday use,regular maintenance should be carried out strictly standardized management, the use of acomprehensive record of each device, and according to state records analysis equipment,efficiency, cost, etc. data, so as to achieve the scientific and systematic control of theproduction equipment, standardized production order to improve production efficiency.Goal of this paper is the use of systematic, comprehensive, full of equipmentmanagement philosophy, to create production facilities management business processes, aclear division of responsibilities and powers of the process to the Oracle database andenterprise intranet-based, unified modeling language, component-based development todesign, develop networked device management system. Through this system, to achieve asystematic, process-oriented management of production equipment, production equipmentnetworked real-time sharing of data and the destination device provides historical dataanalysis and maintenance of knowledge base. Through the device management system toimprove productivity and overall enterprise core competitiveness, is the ultimate goal and theactual significance of this target system development.In this paper, the development of tools to choose from needs analysis, from systemdesign to achieve development, describes a distributed device management systemdevelopment process. After the paper analyzes the B/S mode and the respective strengths C/Smode, will be used to determine the C/S model to develop the target system. Then introducedthe system front-end interface development platform Visual Studio2008advantage; C#programming language and runtime environment consisting of structural net Framework andthe net Framework data transfer tool ADO.net. Then we introduced the target system using theOracle back-end database features; using the Database Client Oracle Instant Client necessity;data programming tool PL/SQL Developer range of applications. Meanwhile overview of thetools used in this article to describe the system design ideas-Unified Modeling Language andentity relationship diagram. In the design of the system, the paper describes the architecture ofthe system is analyzed, and according to their actual needs, a clear system functions, to makea feature tree of the target system. Target device management system will be divided into fourparts and modules, including equipment account, equipment usage equipment maintenancemanagement system features. Using the unified modeling language use case diagrams and data flow diagrams, respectively, analyzed the relationship between the system of collectingand processing logic-enabled user, functional and inter-related data. Also according tofunctional analysis, this paper also data on the system modeling, design entity relationshipdiagram and database tables. In the system implementation part of this article for each systemfunction modules are described in detail each of the business processes, the role of classobjects used in the implementation of the timing, design and class relations, and demonstratedthe typical features of each system interface.Although this paper implements a distributed device management system, the next stepshould be in the production management system interface device into COM components orCOBRA middleware for further research to develop background support functions of dataarchiving, data backup, etc.
