With China officially joining the WTO,our country officially open drug distribution services to foreign enterprises,which makes the domestic market intense competition.In addition,under the influence of the early state's planned economy and the imbalance development of the domestic regional economy,the pharmaceutical industry is still lacking of insufficient procurement channels,backward managing modes,sluggish inventory backlog,slow funds circulation and other defects.Since the reform and opening up,the State Food and Drug Administration has also formulated a series of policies such as GMP,GSP,promoting enterprises survival of the fittest,speeding up the pharmaceutical industry integration.Moreover,with the development of information and communication technology and the Internet platform,the optimization and integration of the Internet in social resource allocation has brought into full play.The strategic integration of "Internet + Traditional Medicine" has made both opportunities and challenges,which greatly promoted the development and transformation of the pharmaceutical industry and the pharmaceutical enterprises.This thesis focuses on demands analysis of the medicine management system,based on the B/S structure,it adopts MVC design pattern to divide the medicine management system into several modules.Its main business module is divided into drug purchase,sales,inventory management,as well as the system authority management module.In the actual design and development,taking the common functions of authority management and the cost of future upgrades and maintenance into account,this thesis focuses on the authority management existing problems.At last,RB AC is adopted to create the user privilege model,furthermore to realize the authority configuration self-adaptive and the Data-level fine-grained authority management.At the same time decoupling the authority management and other functional modules,effectively improve the system security and authority management flexibility.In addition,in order to improve the operation experience of the user,this system will dynamically record the different user's operating customs,to preload operation page.In the test part,this thesis starts from the functional and non-functional requirements of the system,through functional testing,performance testing,security testing and other means of testing to ensure the correctness and stability of the system function.In this thesis,MVC design model is adopted to design and development the medical management system,preferably solving user demands.On this basis,the functions of each level of MVC has been refined,which promotes the parallel development of each function module,ensures the high cohesion and low coupling performance of the whole system and adapt to the demands of enterprise business change,at the same time reducing the system complexity.Especially for large-scale systems,it can play to speed up the development schedule,lower development costs and reduce the maintenance cost.
