In today’s great efforts to develop information infrastructure and improve thenational high-speed bandwidth transmission network process, the "triple play" oftelecommunications networks, television networks and computer networks is animportant task for the broadcasting industry and operators face. The development andconstruction of computer IP network will directly impact the process of the triple play.This topic is based on the triple play and the project construction of the newbuilding basic network (IP bearer network)of Fujian Media Group(Hereinafter referredto as Guangdian)to carry out. This paper mainly includes the overall planning,routingscheme and security access design and realization of the basic network. Completion ofthe content of this article is as follows:(1) The paper analyzes Guangdian basic network construction backgroundinformation. Asked the "core-convergence–access" three dual-core architecturedesign. The program has the good characteristics of strong practicality, reliability andscalability to effectively meet the needs of the radio and television building needs of theunderlying network.(2) Based on the organizational structure of Guangdian department, a simpleIP address and VLAN ID calculation method is given. This method not only can reducethe amount of calculation of the ordinary algorithm, and drawn at the same time the IPaddress structured to have meaning, and conducive to the address management and faultdetection.(3) The paper adoptes "OSPF+static routing" routing design scheme, andplans OSPF area reasonably and practicably. Combining static and dynamic routingmode the division of labor is clear that use static introduced outreach routing, dynamicrouting responsible for the whole network data, high-speed forwarding. The program isnot only to meet the long-term expansion of Guangdian large campus network, but alsoeffectively improve the administrator of the network-wide by the understanding and theability to control.(4) BY RG-SMP platform based802.1x authentication system, designs “firstauthentication and after network"mode for access control, which ensure that Guangdianbasic networks are security, normal, controllable and can be inspected. (5) Analysis common VPN technology, selects the SSL VPN as remote accesssolution, and applies it in Guangdian basic network. The program is based on the actualand practical. The SSL VPN simple and flexible WEB landing mode effectively solveGuangdian headquarters with institutions abroad, travel remote interconnection issuesfor employees and foreign correspondent.
