Abstract/Summary:
With advances in technology, there is greatly improvement in city medical level, but it isrelatively slow in remote rural areas. Although there are many medical diagnostic systembased on traditional PC machine, however, they are high power consumption, poor real-timeand difficult to carry. The thesis, which including the hardware platform and softwareplatform, designed a portable embedded tumor image medical analyzer.Firstly, According to the embedded system design principles and design steps, the overalldesign scheme has been put forward.Secondly, according to modularization design the hardware platform, including S3C2440configuration module, external memory expansion module, GUI module debugging module,network module and power module. Then, considering signal integrity and anti-jamming, layout the PCB and complete the printed circuit board production.Then, it transplant the embedded bootloader, what is more, a detailed scheme is proposedto establish the Linux kernel BSP as well as to produce the embedded root file system. So thetransplantation of the system software made image processing software running stable on theportable device.Finally, it design the embedded graphical user interface(GUI), which is programmed byQt. Then, combined with the GUI and OpenCV image library, it complete the design of tumorimage processing application software. This software is transplanted into hardware platform,which can accurately extract the cell perimeter, area, and other characteristic parameters.This tumor medical image analyzer is not only stable in operation, but also can quicklycomplete the image processing. It implements a low-power, real-time and portable medicalequipment which provides cells perimeter, area parameters as well as aiding diagnosis fordoctor.
