Washing liquid factory automation production line products are out of order,need to detect and correct liquid bottle position to complete the packing work.The purpose of this paper is to research washing liquid bottles pose detection algorithm and design the posture correction system,using embedded system of high reliability,low cost,low power consumption,implement system test requirement of high real-time.In this paper,the main research work and achievements are as follows:(1)Collect images of moving liquid detergent bottle,using the method of background difference algorithm with image threshold operation to extract the complete washing liquid bottle,the experiment proved its reliability.(2)Because of common projection algorithm of washing liquid bottles pose recognition is time-consuming and complicated calculation,so improved posture recognition algorithm based on projection method.Using morphological thought to solves the algorithm due to the trademark of the bottle body and the possible pose wrong judgment problem.The experimental results show that this algorithm is reliable and effective.(3)Design and build the system hardware and software platform,system hardware platform including the main control platform,a detection device and correction device.system software platform,including embedded Linux operating system platform OpenCV function library and QT software.(4)According to the position correction system design requirements,The whole software system is completed in Linux,including washing liquid bottles pose detection program development,correction program development,completion of the moving image capture,direction recognition and pose correction function.Based on the hardware and software design,the para posture correction system is tested.The experimental platform is built to test and analyze,the average time of the liquid bottle is calculated and the correct rate is used to verify the feasibility and stability of the system.
