With the social development, computer science and technology evolve, thegradual popularization of high-definition television, and promote the electronicinformation and multimedia cultural restructuring and upgrading, which triggered aseries of changes in social. The way of people’s live and works changing led thedevelopment of information technology once again. At high-speed lifestyle, how toquickly obtain and publish the information has become an important issue. Underthe premise of social transformation, information dissemination system emerged.This paper analyzes the information dissemination system terminal modulecomponent based, which as an information dissemination system is one of the threemodules, has a certain significance.Information dissemination system terminal module is based on computernetworks, digital media technology and component technology. Most of the systemfunctions are implemented through the component, which has video component,audio component, image component, text component, weather components andaudio components. Because these components integra into the system withdemand, and reflect reusability and scalability of the code. System through thenetwork access command from server, parse commands. the component factorycreates the corresponding components with the contents of the command, each ofcomponent stands alone by using the multi-threaded approach. System through theTCP protocol to communicate with the server, not only ensure the reliability of thedata, but also to real-time interaction. System download resources from the serverby FTP, and verify the resources after downloading, this ensure the correctness ofdata resources. System gradually expand at the base functionality, and add theuser’s needs and functions into the system, so that more complete informationdissemination system will display to the user. And by component, it can becustomized for individual users different designs, so as to achieve the purpose ofpersonalized service.The system design and implementation as component base, the components ofthe application system has a feature of large space and multiplexing rate. After acertain time of the actual test, the practicality and reliability of the system wasevaluated, the results verify the correctness and feasibility of the design.
