With the increasing of industrialization level unceasingly, water environment is pollutant by industrial wastewater and sewage more and more serious, so far as to spreading to underground water. The source of pollutant has diversified continuously. To strengthen the monitoring multiaspectly of water environment appears as much as important. But, the existing monitoring system of water quality monitor single, poor stability, low accuracy of data, without remote control, and can't monitor water source continuously accurately, and unable to meet the monitoring requirements what being more and more strictly.Aiming at the existing monitoring system, we had a lot of research and improvement. We built the multiaspect monitoring system network using the CAN field bus, and the monitoring network has good expansibility. The Paper researched the physical property of CAN field bus.Based on experiment and in deep researching the algorithm of chemical processing, the paper made the application layer protocol, which fits the features of chemical processing. The application layer protocol is the basis of the system network stability and the key factor of expansibility. The paper made a detail study design on the handling algorithm of CAN frame, and made a decision that the command of monitor network based on each chemical processing step. The ParaID classified the system command with priority, the ParaID occupys the high 8 bits of the CAN 29 bits identifier. The CAN controller firstly detects the ParaID when filters message, which not only enhances the real-time of monitoring network but also improves the system structural in this way. In fact, the CAN controller filters every bit of the 29 bits identifiers. We used Windows CE to construct the master system using ARM9 as hardware platform. The paper made a deeply study on the system structure of Windows CE, and probed fully into the management of the RAM and process\thread. Based on this, we designed and developed the master system. We used PIC18F4585 as the processor of unit node to construct the unit control system.Based on the configuration of software design method, we designed and developed the master software and unit node software system. The paper made a fully research on the processing of CAN message and the multiaspect monitor control. The expansibility of the monitor system is also important.
