It brings qualitative changes about the learning of human beings, living,working and having entertainment,even provides the people with a new channel orenvironment of public opinion and expression. In a way,so many Internet users have becomeaccustomed to using the Web for showing their views and opinions,then use it for supervisingthe exercise of public power in the ruling party.The policy maker can find out the publicopinion over the network more directly and more objectivity.This kind of monitoring channel’s appearance has supply endless power andunprecedented opportunities for the development of democratic politics,meanwhile, thedevelopment of democracy has faced a huge challenge. Therefore, we must take advantage ofadvanced network technology to promote the progress of democracy, while at the same time,pay attention to the false information and non rational emotive which on the Internet bringharm to democracy.In this paper, the network monitoring system is the object of study, showing the analysisof network characteristics and the mechanism of supervision by public opinion, studying onthe problems of its own, and suggesting the rational and constructive comments which for thedevelopment of network supervision by public opinion,so that it will play a role in promotingfor the healthy development which about network supervision system in our country. |
