Along with the continuous development of information technology,the Internet,Big Data,Cloud Platform came into being.The information construction of traditional personnel management and even modern human resources management has entered the stage of vigorous construction along with the increasing demands of business sharing and data analysis,the continuous improvement of technical means and the continuous increase of safety factor.At present,Chinese human resources management has many characteristics,such as the emphasis of business management module are not unified in different industries and enterprise,norms and standards are not unique and the business processes are complex and changeable,and causing the difficulty of human resource management information construction,the low reuse rate of personalized demand,the long project cycle and the low satisfaction degree of achievements.In recent years,facing on the problems in constructing the information system,such as process,quality,investment,change and so on,Under the continuous exploration of our country's information regulatory authorities,it has introduced supervision as a necessary and effective means of information system construction and has introduced and gradually updated the information engineering supervision standards and norms,in order to have qualified supervision units own professional background and technical knowledge,using scientific project management methods and ideas,advanced and rich experience in project supervision to control the problems existing in the process of information system construction,so as to improve the investment benefit of information system construction and avoid project risks.The theory of information engineering supervision in China originates from the theory of construction and construction.The development of information engineering supervision industry,especially software project supervision field is still immature,complex and diverse.Based on the supervision practice of human resources management information construction of company a,this paper analyzes and studies the problems and causes in the process of software project supervision,and puts forward the corresponding solutions to the problems in software project supervision.
