Based On The Determination Of Steel Quality Android System For Mobile Terminals Research And Development

Android is a free, open, powerful operating system offered by Google, withing open architecture, good development platform and debugging environment. Currently, Android platform has been widely applied in the live entertainment, and it will be more and more widely used in the fields of health care, environmental monitoring, industrial production, traffic management, etc.For the problems of heavy workload, error-prone, low efficiency, this paper proposes a mobile terminal design of steel mills quality based on android platform. The research contents mainly are the development and application of the mobile terminal based on the Android platform, aimed at using the advantages of mobile terminals in data storage and wireless transmission. Implement the input of production field data, wireless transmission and browsing by personal stake terminal equipment. Android system is applied to the production of steel to complete the on-site determination of steel slab, such as surface defects treatment, steel ingredients detection, the results storage, the management of production data and determination results, can change the status of the billet determine information record and improve the determination efficiency.Firstly, this paper introduces the advantages of Android platform and the current status of steel mills quality inspection. Secondly, the paper details the building of hardware and software environment of andorid platform, and analyses the system requirements, functional modules, designs the architecture and application interface of the mobile terminal application software, etc. Lastly, develops the application program by Java in eclipse. Focuse on the design and development of the terminal application, to achieve the billet data management functions.This paper combines the Android platform and steel quality evaluation together, not only develops a new application area for the Android platform, but also can effectively enhance the level of production information of steel mills, at the same time, can improve production efficiency and management efficiency.
