With the continuous development of digital device and networking, digitalsubstation IEC61850standard came into being, IEC61850has become a standard fordigital substation development. During the digital substation construction process,although the scale of development is rapid, but the combined unit as well as theelectronic transformer from the large-scale application also takes a very long period oftime, and is more than20,000seats have been operational110KV level traditionalsubstation, so research the current substation communications systems to meet theIEC61850standard conversion method for automated communication system has a lotof economic sense and adequate basis in reality.For this situation, the process of digital substation the layer data acquisitionconversion transmission device used in the current substation secondary equipment,measuring devices are not unified data transmission protocol, research-based theIEC61850process layer data acquisition conversion transmission related issues, aimedat completing the different types of data acquisition and conversion and transmission inaccordance with IEC61850standard.The work done in this paper include:First, conversion combined technology research, including sampling value transfermodel, the sampled value transmission and specific communication service mappingtechnology based on the IEC61850process of layer sampled values;Secondly, Research IEC61850Digital Substation agreement mastered its Modelingmapping method. Modbus protocol specification of research, to study the structure ofthe message, the delivery mechanism, and all kinds of function code implemented toachieve the Modbus traditional power system Statute to IEC61850-converted method,as well as the process layer data acquisition method of communication;Thirdly, Research the IEC61850standard GOOSE message acquisition, conversionand transmission problems, proposes a new message sent successfully solved theproblem of sending end GOOSE message transmission delay and transmissionuncertainty. Fourthly, through the functional and performance requirements of data collectionto be developed to convert the transmission device to complete the design andrealization of data acquisition conversion transmission device to Modbus traditionalpower system Statute to IEC61850conversion, and can be completed at the same timeunder the IEC61850standard the GOOSE network data acquisition communication.Finally, convert the transmission of the data acquisition device functionality andperformance testing, test results showed that the conversion transfer of data acquisitiondevice to achieve the desired objectives, performance has reached the designrequirements.
