The network platform of Modbus combined with ControlNet Fieldbus is applied in the system, which ensures system communication stability and improves the performance of system network.Considering that the craft demands very high control precision on process variables, such as level, flow and temperature, software system based on PID and fuzzy PID algorithm is designed. Monitoring Software RSView SE prepared a screen intuitive, user-friendly interface of the PC monitor, thus allowing the system to monitor the clear staff to accurately grasp the current system of running state and improve the system's monitoring capabilities. To monitor the statements of its own configuration software functions of the entire plant production system statements. At the same time monitoring system to the entire production processes, management and data processing, making the entire plant can be coordinated, unified command.Nearly half a year of operation has proved that system is reliable, good stability, precise control, upgrading capability features, the system work well and meet the requirements of the production site.
