The Design And Implementation Of The Management Information System For Welcome College New Students

With the continuous development of the reform of the education system in China,the work of college students also become more and more higher, and the expansion ofhigher education led to the rapid growth of the number of the students, brought hithertounknown pressure of work for freshmen registration management. Based on the abovereasons, most colleges have developed the related new report management system,playing a key role in the management of college students, research and design of thenew management information system for Shanghai Institute of Technology in thisbackground paper. The main research contents are as follows:(1) This thesis firstly introduces the background of the new management systemand the research significance, analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreignstudent information management system. The key technology for developing systemsuch as ASP.NET technology and B/S structure, SQL2000database management tools,and then determine the method and the technical route. The software developmentprocess is divided into four parts as follows:.(2) The first overall analysis of the system, determine the development goal andprinciple of system design. Completely analysis the system and case analysis of thesystem is described using the UML tool. focus on the use of data flow diagram for thesystem data flow analysis. Lay the foundation for system design section.(3) Secondly, according to the result of system analysis, overall framework designof the system, the functions of the system are classified, using object-oriented method,entity attribute relations of the system are given, created the system database table andE-R and finally realized the database design for the system.(4) Were achieved with the test function of the system, completed the functionrealization of the main modules of the system; according to the test requirements andtest plan, the test software and the corresponding test methods, focusing on the functiontest and performance test system, test results show that, the system runs in goodcondition, the function to achieve the original design requirements.This system mainly solves the school in the new report encountered problems inwork, after the test showed that: the running state of the system is basically stable, which includes the basic functions, the new management system required to completethe data processing quickly, has a certain practical value and research development ofinformation on the management of College students.
