The Design And Implementation Of College Students' Information Management System

At present, with the development and application of network technology and application of computer. Traditional ways can't satisfy the demand of daily work so that a new way which can manage students'personnel file, daily management and basic information is emerging. Using computer technology can make students management more standardized, Institutional, digital, improve the level of management , decrease management cost and Working intensity and improve working efficiency.With the increasing popularity of computer, it has already become People's Daily articles. The daily work in colleges and universities are basically through computer to complete. Computer and network is increasingly information management system using the necessary conditions, computer technology and network technology for the continuous improvement of the students'information management system provides the basis of use. This system interface clear, simple operation, the only request users understand the computer and the basic operation of the computer network can, since the system oriented users are college students and college teachers, so it should be quite familiar with computer operation, so the system in operation is also feasible.This system is made up of net work technology and computer technology, sends information into the database. It can improve the speed of inputting information Meanwhile, it can correct errors, its significances include:1.standardization and scientificity. The system makes management more standardized. And person can understand it more easily.2.High efficiency. As for the governor, keeping information in the database makes the efficiency increased so that it is so easy to find and correct it.3.conveniences in inputting and correcting . Even students are not at school , they can correct their information by their user names and passwords ,which improves the accuracy of data.It introduces the technique and development process of management information system. It includes 4 modules of students, teachers, assistants and governess Students'module contains functions of inquiring and correcting messages of family and class information and polling scores. Assistants'module contains function of student status changes, poor students subsidies and scholarships. Teachers'module has the function of inputting scores. Governess'module has functions---inputting student'number, checking scores, protecting the system. This system uses Visual C# 2005,Microsoft SQL Sever,ADO.net to realize. This study makes further research on key technology, implementation scheme and frame structure of net platform based on B/S.During the research, it connects the analysis of management for the governess, works a great deal on function realization and data analysis. Its creativity include:1.It links B/S and .net using the network technology. So that it provides the foundation in management.2.It consists of these functions: inputting data, collecting data and analyzing data and statistics. It is very convenient.3.With the help of the .net. the plan can realize and get the research firstly.4.It solves the problems which students can't resolve at present. Everyone can use it wherever he is .so that it makes the system more useful.Through the research we gain certain experiences. Due to the time and ability, it had a lot of places to update. It still needs approaching and innovating:1.Safety and stability. Next step we will update the firewall, encryption software and so on .2.Management for graduates. It is counted for the graduates roughly. Then we will update the way so that it turns into more intactness. Besides the work of graduates in detail, which will be convenient for everyone. 3.connect campus network and internet. It is easy for governess to use and protect the system.This system is made up of network technology and computer technology ,saves information into database. It can improve the speed of inputting information. Meanwhile, it can correct the errors. The main aim of the system is to realize standardization , automation and systematization. Meanwhile, it considers the limits to different users. After completing the system, one person can use it directly., and it can make management more standard, reducing work loads and specify management.
