The Design And Implementation Of Management System Of The Students' Status

Along with the development of science and technology, Internet technology has increasingly improved. The computer technology starts to enter every field of human society, and plays a more and more important role. The management of College students'status is an important part of the management work. Therefore, the universities and colleges urgently need to apply the computer technology to the management of students'status information. In this way, they can have efficient management on it.The management system designed for College students'status in this paper is based on the three-layered structure of B/S. It takes SQL Server 2000 as backend database and access the database with the help of the ASP and ADO technology. In terms of the actual needs of colleges and universities, this system designs four management functional modules, namely:registration management, class management, performance management and examination managementFirstly, the paper introduces the structure of Web database system and analyzes the working principle and performance advantages of the B/S structure. Meanwhile, it tells the following respects:the Web, the commonly used interfaces of database connection, the suitable environment, the technology and the platform of Web database's application. Based on the structured design of B/S mode, the system strengthens its expansion on the web, realizes more business expansion and meets the user's different needs.Then, this paper shows us each technical link of how to realize the status management by using the ASP and ADO. It also analyzes the working principles, the operational environment, database development of the ASP and tells how to use ADO components function to access system database.Finally, this paper introduces the operational environment and the system environment of the management to college students'status. It gives the integral design in detail, including the functions of four functional modules and the system's flow charts. At the same time, it introduces the technology of the management system, the steps of system implementation and the designs in terms of safety.The system can meet colleges and universities'demand for the electronic management to the students'status and solve the practical problem of the traditional low efficiency. This system is very practical. It greatly improve the reliability and security through the use of two security levels:server and network.The application of this system will greatly improve the working efficiency of the college students'status management and provide good service for the administrative staff, teaching staff and college students.
