In recent years, with the continuous development of the electricity market, power systems areincreasingly faced with various risks. As the particularity of electricity production,Power supplycompanies not only have similar risks as general business companies, but also faces its unique risksand threats. In the process of power production, risks arise principally from the primary side of thedevice. But in the process of electricity sales, marketing and service activities of electric powerindustries related to various industries and thousands of families, so the risk of power marketingbusiness is particularly prominent and complex. As the urgent need for the development of Powersupply enterprise, as well as the state power supervision has been strengthened, Power MarketingService activities not only carries the burden of enhancing business performance, but also activelyimproved service levels and took social responsibility. How to systematically and comprehensiveidentify and pre-control the risks involved in Power Marketing Service process, how to accuratelyidentify and assess the risk of marketing management internal of power supply enterprise, how toeffectively prevent and control the risk of power marketing services, has been an important issue ofNational Grid company.In this paper, the development process of Marketing Risk Management System has beendesigned and described in an enterprise. Firstly, the paper make the introduction and description onthe background of the topic and the research purpose and elaborate the research status anddevelopment trend. Secondly, it carry out a detailed needs analysis about the design of powerMarketing Risk Management System. As a detailed exposition, content of the paper separately fromthe aspects of needs status, system functions, business process and non-functional requirements ofMarketing Risk Management System. Finally, implement a design of power Marketing RiskManagement System. Through the excavation of system data, the database, business process systemfunction module and security system has been designed, through the system related achievement,and do the system design summary, completed the design of the system summary.
