The general structure of the system is based on B / S three-tier architecture mode. According to the needs of the system development, this paper selects NET 2005 and SQL SERVER 2005 to design and implement the drivers training management system of the Logistics Base of Public Security Border Defense Corps in Guandong Province.The system in man-machine interface, business logic and data access layers, respectively, the design and development, to effectively improve system reliability, reusability, scalability and maintainability. According to the needs of the system, the system was properly designed database, established fifteen tables; The system implements user login and access the system management; of training information for effective records; system according to user requirements analysis of the data for the specified training, driver training greatly improve the efficiency of state control; system provides the user a comprehensive check on the data, according to the driver’s name, time, facilities and training courses and other conditions for complex queries. System can produce relevant data reports, data collection for the user output. This paper conducted a comparatively thorough test on the system to ensure the reliability and security of the system. It has been proved to be of great practical value from the actual use the army.
