Entering into the21st century, China’s high-tech and economic development isspeeding up in the globalization. The industry structure and employment structure havechanged significantly and the demand of high-tech talent, towards diversification, thecomprehensive quality of society for talents are becoming higher and higher. To meetthis demand, each college scale is rapid and outspread and education system isreforming. It needs improve the university keep information management and theteachers’ teaching level work has become universities issues that need to be resolved. Inorder to improve the university teaching quality and macro-control, an accurate grasp ofthe university’s overall teaching level using the current mainstream information andnetwork management mode is an urgent work, which is suitable for the development ofthe college teaching evaluation system. The development of the Internet makes variouscolleges and universities have developed complete network system. The furtherdevelopment of the campus network provides the necessary prerequisite andinfrastructure for network teaching evaluation system establishment and popularization.In such an environment, this paper proposes a framework of college teachingevaluation system based on B/S for a college in Guangdong province. It provideseffective measures and management tools for university teaching quality evaluation.Through the analysis of the domestic and international teaching assessment andevaluation of the management system, this paper gives the development status ofcollege teaching evaluation system necessity, and sums up the traditional universityevaluation management work experience and deficiencies.
