Research And Exploration Of University Financial Information System In The Networked Environment

The21st century is a network-centered Information Age characterized withdigitization, internetization and informatization, which provide a new background forthe research and exploration of the financial information system in Chinese universities.By utilizing modern network information technology to exploit and develop collegenetwork-based financial system, the financial management and service level of theuniversities will be increasingly improved, the conceptional, technological andmanagement innovation in this area will be correspondingly motivated and theconstruction of “digital university campus” in China will be greatly facilitated, whichwill surely contribute to the promotion of the educational informationization in China.This dissertation presents an in-depth survey on how the college financialinformation system software is used in some of the universities in China, analyzes theexisting problems of this financial software and proposes the overall performance goals,the fundamental functional structure and the system designing scheme of thedevelopment of the network-based college financial information system.The significant research achievements of this dissertation lie in theaccomplishment of the requirements analysis, the specific business process analysis andthe function module designing of every subsystem. Furthermore, some of the functionalmodules have been realized by applying the system development tools and technologiessuch as SQL Server2008Data Base Platform and B/S Structure, which includes theinterface implementation of parts of the functional module, the input functionimplementation of the accounting voucher and the implementation of the On-lineBooking for the Financial Reimbursement etc.The innovation of the dissertation rests with its designing idea of auto-generatingthe accounting voucher through source documents such as the on-line submitted debtson bills, the traveling expense forms and reimbursement documents, which mayhopefully provides some references and implications for the future research.
