The Design And Accomplishment Of College Financial Management System For Tianjin University

With the popularity of computer and network technology, the role of all kinds ofinformation management systems in colleges and universities is becoming more andmore important. As one of important part of the College Information ManagementSystem, the financial management system has been gotten more attention by theuniversity leaders and departments. Tianjin University has established a querymanagement system for the daily work, however, the implementation of this system islimited to the university level, and does not extend to each college’s financialmanagements. This topic that is aimed at the statistics and query problems makes useof the advantages of J2EE lightweight framework to solve the incomplete issues instatistics and query in financial management in colleges, and to maximize to save thecollege’s human, material and financial resources. So this system can make the collegefinancial management become more scientism, more modernization and morepersonalizationIn this paper, the design of the financial management system is technically Springlightweight J2EE framework model, it manages a class of entities in the system andthe business logic classes, such as bean dependency injection. Struts2developmentframework is used in the Web tier; commonly used ORM product-the Hibernate dataaccess layer; database using MySQL technology; view technology uses JSPtechnology to achieve; page design followed the HTML5design philosophy. Throughthese technologies, the level of the platform becomes more clearly, makes less work,lower complexity of the code, and easier to maintain and upgrade.This thesis analyzes the needs of the financial management of the universitycollege level units, and designs four functional modules: the certificate management,the account management, the account books, and the system management. Throughthe design of the platform and functional modules, this system realized the value ofthese four functions. The advantages of the system are easy to find, to retrieve rapidly,high reliability, memory capacity, security, long life, low cost, and greatly improvethe efficiency of financial management, which has a very high practical value.
