With the continuous development of scientific research and the improvement ofscientific research, major universities have begun to realize the management ofinformation technology research projects, develop a management system for their ownresearch projects, to accommodate changes in research management.In order to improve the efficiency of the university research projects management,and meet the research project management’s changing needs, The first four chapters ofthis paper firstly do some relevant theory researches for workflow technology, MVCmode and Struts technology. On the basis of theoretical research combined with thedetailed analysis of workflow technology about the system function demand and thewhole system’s main business processes, it gives the business flow diagram and mainuse case diagram. Then according to Shaoxing University scientific and researchfuldeclaration project managerment system’s business demand analysis〠functionsummary designã€module detailed design described by the system function design, inthe process of system design, it does some detailed analysis of the system database’sdesign and struction, and describes the dataã€the relations and business rules betweenit in detail in the application field of this scientific and researchful declaration projectmanagement system, combined with the database tabrle structure design and somerelated data entity relationship given by the system requirements.The key of this paper lies in the fifth chapter.On the basis of the research for MVCpattern system design principle, It carries on the show for the implement process of Thescientific and researchful management project business flow, and then analyses anddesigns the demand according to the scientific and researchful project management.Finally, to design systematically the four main functional modules of the system indetail: project management, process management, user management, databasemanagement, and with the aid with three-layer architecture: The presentation layerã€The business layer (The data services layer)ã€The data service layer, and to design andimplement the universal, flexible and efficient scientific research project managementsystem. The end of this chapter gives the design codes and the concrete implementation scheme aiming at achiving the system background architecture.The part for the system testing is in the last chapter. This chapter firstly describesthe scientific nature and the necessity of the system test purpose, and then describescommon methods used by the system to points and studies its application fields so as todetermine the test environment for the scientific and researchful project declarationsystem, and lastly shows the test results of the system main function module (systemlogin, user management, information management, project application, projectmanagement, performance and security, etc.) in order to show reliability and feasibilityof the system’s work.The last part of this paper is the Summary and Prospect. The paper made acomprehensive summary, pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of the product,and the project faced a bright prospect. |
