Declaration Management Services Platform Based On The Talent Of The Ria And J2ee Framework Build

With more and more government affairs were done through the web, the requirements for e-government systems are getting higher. Nowadays most of the e-government systems utilized the first generation dynamic server-side script technique, which had poor scalability and user experience and needed to refresh whole web pages frequently.Those confined the improvement of the services abilities of e-government system. RIA (Rich Internet Application) combines the merits of platform independent and easy to distribute of B/S, and the merits of the quick speed of view change and rich UI of C/S; then it has the features of wonderful client UI, asynchronous communication with server and part refreshing, which enhances the user experiences and release the pressure of server side. The server side utilizes the J2EE framework of Spring+Hibernate, then has the merits of platform independent, easy to extend and reuse, mature framework.This thesis described how to design and achieve a talents declaration administration system where FLEX of RIA framework is used to construct a rich client with the strong capabilities of interaction and rich UI; on the other hand, the server side is built with Spring framework to deal with business logic and Hibernate framework to accomplish the persistence by object to related database mapping. BlazeDS is used to achieve the communication between front end and back end. So the e-government system is built by the framework of Flex,BlazeDS,Spring and Hiberate.The thesis made the requirements analysis of the platform base on the introduction of application background and related techniques, and it give the design of the overall system architecture and database. Then, the thesis also gave a detailed N-tier system design, and the design and development of the typical modules. Furthermore, the critical technologies utilized in the system are elabratedly discussed.
