Studies And Development Of Nowcasting Warning Business Platform

With the development of society,the increasing meteorological disasters coursedby small and medium weather system,such as thunderstorm,tornado, hail and so on.These meteorological disasters have threaten production and property safety. With thedifficulties of short term forecast, it is important to compensate for the loss in the wayof short term warning. To do it better, the first step is to set up revent hardware andsoftware facilities.At present, the data used by short term warning in ZUNYI meteorologicalAdministration is scattered in some sense so that it can’t be searched and analyzedquickly. Based on exiting meteorological observation system data, this paper willdescribe how to found the short term warning platform, which will analyze and showthe short term warning workers’ information. What’s more, small watershed area’ srainfall calculation procedure and early warning release function will be designed toimprove work efficiency. The main content of this paper is as follows:1Analyze the related technique about Geographic Information System, processthe Geographic Information System data and release it on the platform.2Fully study two elements and seven elements database’s structure, to achievetwo elements and seven elements database access and extract data, count and put outvalues of rainfall at the interface and in excel.3Discuss to get the method of small watershed area’s rainfall calculation in orderto publish warning data with hydrological information.4Explore the way tu achieve warning message release function.It is this short term warning platform that improve the short term forecastefficiency. Especial in Mei Tan country thunderstorm on June18,2011, due to the localgovernment receive warning message timely, there was nobody getting hurt. At present,the short term warning provides great convenience in data access, improve the shortterm warning service efficiency, and gain time for service finally.
