The Application Research Of Beidou Satellite Short Message In National Emergency Early-Warning Information Release System

In terms of national emergency early-warning information release system needs to expand a variety of technical means of information release, this thesis research the application of Beidou satellite short message in this system.This thesis briefly introduces national emergency warning information release system, then give a detailed analysis of two key technologies of early-warning information encoding and CAP. The application of these two technologies will facilitate early-warning information system for handling a variety of automated and refinement process, also enable the system send early-warning information targeted to a specific area. Adoption of unified standard in favor of different information systems are interconnected, also benefit to the application of Beidou satellite short message in national emergency early-warning information release system.This thesis focuses on Beidou satellite short message in advantages and disadvantages of early-warning information release, and design the transport protocol on the basis of the research. This thesis finally gives a preliminary design of complete Beidou short message alert system in terms of structure and function.
