With the development of electronic technology and improvement of manufacturingtechnique, it becomes more and more complex that the circuit of the electronicequipment. The development of Automatic Test System(ATS) ensured the testing andfault diagnosis while software environment plays an very important role in the system.It is designed and implemented that the working environment and test result data querymodules software of the Automatic Test System. A visualized, unprogramed andsignal-oriented Automatic Test System is developed in the article using the generalATML testing standard and Signal-oriented testing technique and it provide bigsignificance for the development of the Automatic Test System.It is first presented that the basic conceptions and compositions of the AutomaticTest System. Then by analysis and comparison of foreign Automatic Test System, thedesign idea of the working environment and test result data query modules software ofthe Automatic Test System is formulated. After analyzing the function requirement ofthe software, the functions of the overall framework, working environment and querymodule are designed with the ATML testing standard, Signal-oriented testing techniqueand Object-oriented software design ideas. Then the implementation methods of theworking environment’s function modules are introduced detailedly, mainly includingthe TPS testing program generation, controlling of testing program execution process,fault components location and display, testing result display and storage, and so on, inwhich the fault components location display of PCB circuit board is the key pointincluding achieving coordinates and image display of the fault components. Furthermore, after analysis of the test result description in the ATML standard, result datacheck and query functions in XML file format, the Word report generation of the dataare all achieved. The realization of query function of XML file test data using Cprogramming language is a new method and first realized in the paper, which makes ainnovative significance in the development of test system data processing based on theATML test standard.The operation platform module and data query module are both carried on functional tests by simulation the PCB circuit test strategy process and giving a typicaltest result XMLdata. After verification the working environment and XML result filedata query software developed in this paper can meet the Automatic Test Systemfunction requirements, circuit fault component location and display can be achieved inthe working environment and test result XML file data query also can be achieved in thequery module. |
