60GHz millimeter-wave communications technology attract people’s attention widely for its high-speed transfer rates and enormous available bandwidth, be regarded as the most valuable research of communications technology in the next 10 years. Compared to more mature technologies developed abroad in 60 GHz band, domestic theoretical knowledge of 60 GHz system capacity and performance is still in the basic blank, So, there is a huge space for it to develop and improve. 60 GHz communications technology will rapidly into the future of wireless communications. In this paper, the 5 mm inverter circuit is designed in the form of the hybrid integrated circuits.A brief introduction about the basic characteristics and typical applications of the 60 GHz millimeter-wave, and domestic and international development of the 60 GHz technology in recent years are presented in the paper firstly. Then, combined with the analysis of the project in the subsequent chapters, the main work in this thesis are as follows:In the second chapter, a brief introduction of the indicators about the projects, and then make some analysis about the circuit, introduced some schemes and finally determined the final program.In the third chapter, firstly the theory and structure of V band waveguide to microstrip probe transition are introduced; basically meet the requirement of application. Then analyze a variety of solid state RF circuit components(millimeter-wave low-noise amplifiers, millimeter wave switches) and passive devices(millimeter wave filter) of the basic principles and main technical indicators used on the system. And choice the right millimeter chip in accordance with the topic. Design and test the V-band low noise amplifier separately. Designed two different bands of image rejection filter, simulation processing and testing a single filter, the results meet the basic requirements indicators.In the fourth chapter, introduce the basic principle of frequency multiplier, mixer, analyzes the main technical indicators, and the basic theory and millimeter-wave circuit assembly technology microstrip lines were initially introduced.In the fifth chapter, analysis and presentation the Bandpass filters and IF amplifier used in the IF circuit, a 3~5GHz bandpass filter is designed, simulation processed and tested, the result is in line with the expectations. And make use of the ATF35143 processing and testing the IF amplifier.In the sixth chapter, the indicators and feasibility of the circuits is analyzed, and designed the cavity and the whole circuit of the inverter circuit, finally meet the requirements of the position of the cavity size and the input port, make a brief introduction about the electromagnetic compatibility. Complete the fabrication, debugging and testing of the circuit.At last, analyze the test results, and give the direction of improvements.
