Bearing products are widely used in machinery and equipment is the key to themachinery and equipment parts. Modern development of bearing production enterprises,the complexity of projects has been increased, bearing manufacturing enterprise’ssurvival and the fundamental changes have taken place in the competition environment.Enterprises want to survive in the market, the competition, the urgent need to strengthenthe construction of enterprise informatization. Will manage the process of advancedmanagement thought combined with advanced information technology, become thenecessary way of enterprise information.Bearing production management system were introduced in this paper researchbackground and significance, combined with bearing manufacturing enterpriseinformatization development present situation at home and abroad, gives a bearingproduction management system based on J2EE technology frame of the study andimplementation method. Paper according to the software engineering design thought,from the planning, requirements analysis, software design, programming, softwaretesting and operation maintenance and so on six basic activity, USES J2EE technologyand database technology, bearing manufacturing enterprise based on the actualproduction process, the design of bearing production management system based onJ2EE architecture are analyzed.In this paper, combining the actual functional requirements of bearingmanufacturing enterprise, established the bearing design production managementsystem, the main design goals and system architecture, and analyzed. In the aspect ofsystem function design in detail, in this paper, the UML technology is used for visualmodeling, using Rational Rose tool, analysis and design the function of system use casediagram, class diagram, sequence diagram and related database table, and in thedevelopment of the system under J2EE framework.System has been tested, in order to success in operation on the HLD bearing co.,LTD., the result is good. Finally, the paper system is summarized, and the direction of further research is putforward.
