Design And Implementation Of J2EE-based Maintenance Management System

The rapid development of information technology has changed the way people work, live, learn, and provides a number of convenient services. Information systems have been enriched constantly, which makes it more convenient to complete complex tasks. Particularly reflected in the unit’s work, the use of information systems has greatly improved the efficiency of the staff, and has reduced unnecessary duplication of effort. At the same time it ensures the accuracy of the information and statistics for the unit of information, analysis, and reporting of data to provide the basis for support.Now, with the continuous development of software technology, a lot of information management systems are booming, such as the school’s educational management system, e-commerce systems, enterprise-class ERP systems. These systems are generally for specific business units to custom design for the unit itself, in order to achieve the work of information technology, networking, which is the network development trend. In this context, for the daily operation and maintenance unit of the IT department, duty work requirements, analysis of operation and maintenance, on duty in the concrete business, summed up the experience in their daily work unit, we used standard software engineering development process, designed and implemented based on J2EE IT operation and maintenance management system.Firstly, demand for IT operation and maintenance system for a detailed description, including the user needs, the needs of the scene as well as features, and the need to solve the problem and the problem has been the focus of more detailed explanation. The workflow system, the role permissions are discussed.In this paper, design and implementation of IT operation and maintenance management system are based on the current popular J2EE framework:Struts2, Hibernate3 open source framework. On such basis, according to the operational requirements for the relevant system extension, we ensure the stability and efficiency of the system.we developed in strict accordance with the requirements of software engineering, requirements analysis from the beginning to the outline design, detailed design, and then encoded to achieve. After the system coding is completed, all of the functions of the system were tested to ensure the normal use of the system on line. The system has been running at the Information Office of Shandong University, and it has improved IT operations management level and working efficiency of the unit, and achieved good social benefits.
