As the economy is developed faster and faster since the21st century. As autoindustry is the master of many industries like integrated manufacturing industry andlogistic industry, logistics of its components (assembled cars) is the representative ofpresent logistics industry. The soul is logistics lies with system. The whole process oflogistics is actually the combination logistics operation mode and logistics software.After more than100years’ development, the various manufacturers in auto industryalready have mature standard systems on technology, technics, equipments, and quality.And there is hardly any difference in manufacturing cost between different companies.With the arising of global procurement and global manufacturing mode, the cost ofhuman resource decreased, whereas the cost of logistics is increasing gradually. Thismeans that logistics plays a more and more important role in auto industry and it isthought to be the core factor for the guarantee of production and cost control. Therefore,to carry out in-depth researches on auto logistic operation mode, logistic software andhow to combine them organically become the most important topic in research circles ofauto logistics.This system is based on Windows XP operating system-based, using a variety ofdevelopment tools for XML, XSD, C, etc., and took the new wide audience-orientedprogramming techniques, as well as the SQL Server database, and the creation of newapplications for interactive manipulation based webservice. And adapted to the practicalneeds of the logistics enterprises, create a new storage and information managementsystem, it has a standardized, systematic, and automation. The system covers two parts,one is the transportation and distribution management module, and the second is thewarehouse management module. The former is responsible for the delivery ofapplications for the distribution of the library, the verification of driver and vehicle,checked the vehicle back to the factory. The latter set a number of functions in one, suchas system Register Login material warehouse management, materials out of storage andso on. In addition, the system includes procurement of equipment management, andgenerate various reports. Using this system can effectively achieve the automatedmanagement of logistics operations, improve efficiency, reduce duplication of effort, reduce business costs, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the management of theenterprise.Practice shows that this method is very suitable for logistics enterprisemanagement. The system can realize modularization management; the configurationamong each module is reasonable, and it is easy to operate. The enterprise managementpersonnel can achieve the vehicle management, reasonable allocation of vehicles,thereby reducing the cost, optimizing the operation process, shortening the transportcycle, and meeting the needs of users.
