The Design And Implementation Of Web-based Universities Scientific Research Management System

With the rapid development of scientific research in universities,the achievementand project of research are much more than before which make the university scientificresearch management of information technology become increasingly important,Inorder to give full play to the potential of teachers,to carry out research work, The designand implementation of web-based universities scientific research management systemand the establishment of research management information platform is very essential.In this thesis, the current situation of scientific research management in universitiesis analyzed,the background of the development of the system is discussed.Then thestructure and the function of each module,the system requirements analysis, functionaldesign,system design and the database design are all introduced.Then the novel alsoanalyzes and designs the data integrity, consistency and security. The main content is asfollowed:1.The system uses B/S structure as it’s main stucture,SQL Sever2005as back-stagedatabase,ASP.NET as the development tool of Browser.It make the input and inquiry onthe browser available while It can also identify the results of Clients, confirm thequantity degree of the scientific research,generate the statistical report, make personnelmanagement.The import and export of data, printing of the results can also beachieved.It has a human-based interface, reliable data security mechanisms.2.The system can be divided into several modules,like the module of teacher’sinformation management,module of thesis management,module of publicationsmanagement,module of project management, module of academic exchangemanagement, module management of patent applications, etc.3. The thesis shows the design of the database and the general program of thesystem,introduces all the functions of each module and main code with the Runninginterface Figure.it summarizes all the rpoblems and solutions in the finish.
