In recent years, the logistics enterprises developed quickly in our country. But the logisticscompanies mainly use artificial mode of fleet management, in which the vehicle scheduling,maintenance, and the use of information mostly adopt the artificial record statistics method. Italways has the problems such as low information transmission, low updating speed, lacking of theaccuracy and real-time capability. Thus, the information among various departments is relativelyclosed, and the enterprise management efficiency is lower. So, how the enterprise managers toaccurately understand the driving and driver state, arrange the driving reasonable, thereby enhancingthe physical business vehicle operation efficiency, saving cost, has become the current problemwhich need to be solved urgently.On the basis of analyzing the relevant theory and technology, according to the characteristics ofenterprise demands, after analyzing the status of logistics enterprise vehicle management, andcombining the actual needs, a logistics management information system is designed by using ofadvanced computer technology and management technology. The relevant technical designprinciples and architecture of system is described in details, the realization technology and methodfor the common problems is given based on the analysis of actual demands. In the process of systemdevelopment, it adopts the platform of Microsoft Visual Studio.Net2005and based on B/S structure.Firstly, the data acquisition and processing is completed by vehicle terminal, and the data istransmitted through the GPRS line real time or sent to a data server by WUSB offline, accomplishedthe data storage; and the user client platform provides many functions for user management, such asrole management, rights management, vehicle information management, driver informationmanagement, vehicle applications, sent a car, vehicle registration, oil consumption, oil consumption,oil consumption budget data statistics, policy management, vehicle management, vehicle violationvehicle accident management, integrated data query and analysis functions, et al..Practice shows that this method is very suitable for logistics enterprise management. Thesystem can realize modularization management; the configuration among each module is reasonable,and it is easy to operate. The enterprise management personnel can achieve the vehicle management,reasonable allocation of vehicles, thereby reducing the cost, optimizing the operation process,shortening the transport cycle, and meeting the needs of users.
