The processes of the flight fleet maintenance contain the choice of gate positions, thesupporting of the processes and the select of take-off positions. Efficient fleet maintenanceis not only related to the rapid departure and landing of aircrafts, but also can improve theoperational efficiency of airports greatly. Fleet maintenance is a complex process. Makingreasonable scheduling of the complex supporting processes, minimizing the whole time ofprocedure of the supporting under the premise of the various constrains, and maximizingthe utilization of supporting resources are the goals of the optimization of supportingresources scheduling of flight fleet maintenance.Supporting resources scheduling of the flight fleet maintenance is a complex multi-constrained and multi-objective optimization scheduling problem which had been provento be NP-hard. A model included known conditions, constraints, objective function andsolution has been given to solve the problem on the basis of the characteristics ofone-station supporting. The evolution from model to database table structure has beencompleted. And the detailed classification and design of database tables have beenfinished. Data dictionary tables and maintenance interfaces have been designed to ensurethe integrity and consistency of data going into the database.Serial and parallel relationships exist among supporting processes. A workflow modelbased on directed acyclic graph has been established to ensure the scheduling executedsuccessfully. Factory pattern and reflection technique have been used in the universaldatabase access component which can reduce the coupling between this system and thedatabase. Data access interfaces have been designed and implemented which respectivelyprovide data methods to modules of algorithms, simulation, report display and datadictionary management. According to the model and demand analysis, supportingresources scheduling of flight fleet maintenance management system based on.NETplatform and C/S mode has been designed which used the top-down approach. Using thedata access interfaces, the modules of algorithms, simulation and data management havebeen integrated.
