In these recent years, our country has a strong logistics industry chain. However,the industry chain support in such large fleet management work, but most of themanual to complete. Including the scheduling problems of the vehicle, dailymaintenance of vehicles, and vehicle travel information, that information is recordedmanually to complete. Therefore leads to information update is slow, the release ofinformation and receiving all has a bigger obstacle. Therefore lead to the data safetyand effectiveness have not enough protection, between the various departments andthe resulting information is not smooth, from an overall point of view, this kind ofmanagement pattern to the enterprise overall efficiency exist great obstacles.Therefore, the need to develop a sound, can accurately understand the vehicle anddriver condition, can solve many artificial solve or is difficult to solve, to improve theoperation efficiency of logistics enterprise vehicle and cost saving is very important.The article made analysis and understanding of clear to the system demand ingeneral, from the perspective of demand analysis, illustrates the function ofinformation system of logistics team, analyze the user related business and userprocess. The system designed in this paper can realize the function including logmanagement. The system must first register all vehicle and driver information;according to the assigned team task, team management personnel for approval of theapplication, and give the driver issued clear instructions to achieve dispatch, vehicledispatch reclaimed. Can dynamically record the state of all the vehicles, convenientarrangement of specific car matters.
