Initially the company took increasing the human,material and financial resources and other means to solve the serious problem ofprocurement management. But there are many problems which is not conducive to themanagement and production problems in implementation of a certain period of time. Inorder to solve the problems, the company proposed a strategic development plan of“information integration", determined to design and develop " material purchasingsystem of ERZHONG ",the system will be put into practice.And set the manager freeform the heavy work. In the mean while, it can prove company procurementmanagement’ work more safely and efficiently, and it has become the imperative needof company.The goal of this thesis is to design and develop the most suitable materialprocurement system for ERZHONG Group Company and with its own characteristics,to "tailor, tailored", making the company can achieve a unified information managementin the procurement work.To provide the most favorable guarantee of "use of theenterprise information platform, to enhance the level of procurement management andensure the timely supply of production and cost down”. At the same time pay attentionto the purchase contract management as the main line, to logistics management as thecenter, fund management as the focus to improve the performance evaluation andcooperation of suppliers, variety purchasing strategy, material classification, emergencyprocurement processes. Accordingly,realize the whole purchasing process managementcomprehensively.This thesis based on a preliminary survey of "the material procurement system ofERZHONG Group Company”, and invited many software engineers in deeply analyzedand study, thus put forward the software requirements specification of it. In the specifi- cation of requirement analysis, it made an intensive, and comprehensive analysis of userdemand for material procurment system, clear the function, performance and relatedinterface of this system. The system of "ERZHONG material purchasing system"software development process is clearly in accordance with the expected demand. Andthen completed the "outline design, material procurement system" ERZHONG GroupCompany, and identified by using Visual Studio2005as the development environment,using Asp.net as a development tool, using Sql Sever2005as the background databasetools to design this system.
