Design And Implementation Of The Sichuan Provincial Procuratorate Case Management Information System

Along with our country economy fast development, the improvement of people’sliving standards continuously, our country civil servants also showed a trend of risingincidence of corruption cases. The eighteenth big victory after meeting of the CPCcentral committee is determined for all kinds of corruption case vigorously. Under thebackground of the procuratorate at all levels of workload and work strength increasing,its original case information management system is no longer suitable for new needsunder the new situation. The author according to their own practical work in SichuanProcuratorate the difficulties encountered in the course of and demand, combined withthe learned during the period of study for a master’s degree of software engineeringknowledge, put forward the research and development based on B/S architecture ofanti-corruption case management application system, namely the "SichuanProcuratorate case management information system". Subject system build aftercompletion will effectively improve Sichuan Procuratorate case management workefficiency, and the procuratorate work informatization transformation degree ofcontribution.The primary content of this paper as following.1, system analysis: combining the current work of the Sichuan Procuratorate,analyze the main problems affecting the efficiency, to extract the basic needs of thesubject system. Including system application scene analysis system feasibility analysis,system requirements analysis. The system needs analysis as the core content, its mainuser requirements for the system, system functions, system performance analysis.2, the system design: the combination I have mastered the knowledge of softwareengineering, detailed design of the system based on systematic analysis concluded.Including the three parts of the overall system structure design, system functionalarchitecture design, system database design. The overall design, the actual authorcombines practical application scenarios selected B/S architecture model of the systemarchitecture, and multi-tier architecture system combined with software engineeringtheory, and eventually completed a three-tier architecture of the system design. 3, system implementation, the author on the basis of system analysis and systemdesign to implementation work system. Using Java EE platform and the SSH (Spring,Struts, Hibernate) framework implements the basic framework of the system structure.In specific functions, completed the accepting cases clues to management, casemanagement, change management, case filing, suspect, investigation diary, basicinformation, statistics, the realization of the system set up nine functional modules.Upon completion of system realization main work, combining the theory of thesystem test, make a complete test plan, system test work according to the plan. Thesystem done by the test subject is the mainstream browsers can run normally withoutany compatibility problems existed; Complete each function design, business processdesign conform to the requirements of the demand analysis, accomplish the intendedtarget.
