Due to the traditional office working way are not sufficient to meet the growing demand of the rapid informational transfer and processing, enterprises,institutions and government agencies need assistance from OA system to deal with a large amount of daily affairs. OA system is a new type of office working way, which enable us share the information, mange jobs, follow the customer, contact with each other freely and so on. It create the environment with the flattening of management, the unimpeded operation,and the efficient work.The traditional OA system based on B/S frame, which not only did not use the fine developed and designed partten, but also did not bring the hierarchical thinking into system design. So, in this system, the various kinds html tag and program code should be mixed together, which could lead that the maintaince and improvement of the system is difficult to be done. As the increasing digital information resources, the traditional OA system even has not the capability for storing the information. Under such background, Firstly, the concept of the three lightweight framework of the J2EE which called Struts, Spring and Hibernate was introduced respectively, and the advantages of them was demonstrated, then the correlation technology of the network storage and some relative models was presented. According to the application requirements of the OA (Office Automation) system, after analyzing the demand of the functional and non-functional requirements of the network storage subsystem, we came up with the network storage-oriented use-case analysis of the subsystem and a detailed design, including architecture design, process design and database table structure design as well as related research of the subsystem’s security mechanisms. Then, we integrated three kinds of frameworks these are Struts, Spring and Hibernate according to the MVC layered design ideas. For the separate layers of the Entity, Data-Access, Business-Logic and Web-Presentation, we brought about the implementation and the integration of all layers in detail. Finally, the network storage subsystem was tested based on the given test cases to ensure the stability and reliability of the network storage capabilities. As can be seen from the screenshot of implementation effect, the network storage subsystem fully functional, user-friendly and eventually a new approach to solve the inconvenience in sharing and saving of traditional OA system was proposed.
