Dongguan Municipal Public Security Analysis And Design Of Hong Kong And Macao To Settle Bid Management System

With information technology deeply and widely using in management, the development of Management Information System (MIS) is getting more mature, including the development and application of MIS in public institution. For example, in Guangdong Province Exit-entry Administration Department, there has a registration system serves for the whole province—Central Information Processing System. This article analyses the system and design, bases on the actual Hong Kong/Macro immigration application process in Exit-entry Administration Section of Dong Guan Public Security Bureau.In this article, firstly it analyses the application of Central Information Processing System and its existing disadvantage in immigration application process, raises the necessity of system developing. It schemes the developing structure of the system; it analyses the management request of HK/Macao immigration application process in detail, including case acceptance, input, check, investigation, approval, certificate issuing, etc; also, it studies the system management and some non-functional request. On this basic, article provides functional design and database design of the system. System is divided into budget establishment, budget control, budget analysis, performance management, report processing, system management, etc. Furthermore, it also provides the concept design and logical design of the database. Finally, this article studies some potential problem in actual operation as well.
