Guizhou power grid communication equipment management system is from2011to2013in guizhou power grid company focus on science and technology projects, the project is mainly to manage various kinds of communication equipment, including operational control, resource management, etc., through the development of this system, can realize the unification of the guizhou power grid communication equipment management.It is first introduced the research background of guizhou power grid communication equipment management system, the problems which need to be solved are reviewed, discussed the research significance and the importance of the project, this paper expounds the system development methods and related technologies; Paper presents the system design target, USES the object-oriented development method, has carried on the detailed demand analysis to the system, including functional requirements, data requirements and non-functional requirements, business requirements given equipment management business process, resource management, business process, functional requirements are given system use case diagram and use case descriptions, data needs the concept of the system class diagram is presented. In system design, overall design and module design of system, including operational control, resource management and system management function module, module design is given package diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram and flow chart of processing, detailed discussed the content design, and use the entity attribute chart, e-r diagram and the database table structure of database in detail design; Finally, the paper research content is summarized, my main job is expounded, the shortage of the paper are pointed out, and the further work is prospected.
